When will my order ship?
Shipping timeframes you see during checkout do not include processing time. If you pay for a faster shipping rate, that doesn't mean it will be shipped faster. Nearly every item we carry is made to order and takes time to create. Once your item is finished they will be shipped the following business day.
How long will it take for the items I ordered to be made?
Processing time for each item varies depending on the time that item takes to make. Bleached shirts take the longest to make since there are many steps involved. During the winter when the weather has little sun they will take the full 12 business days. Stencils and unfinished wood pieces usually take 5-7 days to make. Transfers, brushes, and soaps are things that are ready to go and usually ship next business day.
Can I make changes, cancel, or return my order?
Please email us at email@example.com with any changes to your order ASAP. If your order is in production there may be a fee to change your order. You can cancel you order with no cancellation fee within 48 hours. After 48 hours your order may be subjected to a 30% cancellation fee. We do not allow exchanges or returns, so please make sure you order the right size or color.
What do I do if my order is damaged or I received the wrong item?
If your purchase arrives damaged or has inaccurate items, please notify us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days. After 5 days we may not replace, remake or issue a store credit for items missing or damaged. Items damaged by not following care/use instructions sent with them will not be replaced or refunded.
The tracking number I was given says delivered, but my item didn't arrive. What should I do?
We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS or UPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS or UPS.
