When will my order ship?
Shipping timeframes you see during checkout do not include processing time. If you pay for a faster shipping rate, that doesn't mean it will be shipped faster. Nearly every item listed on our website is made to order and takes time to create. Once your item is finished they will be shipped the following business day.
How long will it take for the items I ordered to be made before they ship?
Processing time for each item varies depending on the time that item takes to make. Bleached shirts and bleaching templates take the longest to make since there are many steps involved. Typically most items are made and ready to ship 8-15 business days. If we receive an influx of orders this could be extending by 2-3 additional days. We do our best to keep the orange bar at the top of the website updated with current turn around times. If you need items by a specific date please message us before placing the order to verify we can get you the item by that date.
Can I make changes, cancel, or return my order?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any changes to your order ASAP. If your order is in production there may be a fee to change your order. You can cancel you order with no cancellation fee within 48 hours. After 48 hours your order may be subjected to a 30% cancellation fee. We do not offer refunds on any orders. If you cancel or change your order and your owed any amount back it will be issued as a store credit. We do not allow exchanges or returns, so please make sure you order the right size or color.
What do I do if my order is damaged or I received the wrong item?
If your purchase arrives damaged or has inaccurate items, please notify us by sending an email to email@example.com within 5 days. After 5 days we may not replace, remake or issue a store credit for items missing or damaged. Items damaged by not following care/use instructions sent with them will not be replaced or refunded.
The tracking number I was given says delivered, but my item didn't arrive. What should I do?
We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS or UPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS or UPS.
